SAN FRANCISCO -- (SPW) --kaboom’s feature film SIRONIA, winner of the Austin Film Festival Audience Award and originally released in 2011, is being re-released and is available to rent or buy on Amazon Prime. Directed by Brandon Dickerson and written by Dickerson, Wes Cunningham and Thomas Ward, the film stars Amy Acker, Tony Hale, Wes Cunningham, Carrie Preston, Robin Lively and Jeremy Sisto.
In SIRONIA, Thomas, an LA-based musician disillusioned by the industry, moves with his wife Molly to a small town Sironia, Texas to live a more authentic life and raise their first child near family. Thomas's resentment over his lost dreams struggles to find peace with his stalled career, until he remembers — his family means more than anything he has given up.
